Room Leader - baby room, Sidcup

A Baby Room Leader is sought for a family run children?s Day Nursery in Sidcup. The Room Leader will be responsible for leading the baby room ensuring the smooth running of the of the room. The Baby Room Leader will have a passion for their work with the ability to lead their team within a positive staff focused environment, where team well-being paramount. You lead by example and will be organised, efficient and demonstrate leadership qualities. The Baby Room Leader will work with the management team to deliver high standards of care and education. You will be working with professional team to provide activities and experiences that promote the children?s well-being and learning in line with the Early Years Foundation stage (EYFS).
