Preschool Room Leader, Limehouse

A Preschool Room Leader is sought for a children?s nursery close to Limehouse, East London. The Preschool Room Leader will be qualified to level 3 or above and have previous experience of leading a nursery team. You will be a friendly, confident, knowledgeable and engaging room leader with the ability to motivate your team of Early Years Educators while working closely with the management team. The nursery provides an environment where children are valued for their individuality and activities are planned that reflect children?s interest and developmental progress in line with Early Years Foundation Stage. The Preschool Room Leader will be responsible ensuring the preschool room provides a caring environment where children are able to creatively explore, discover and learn while developing their independence and self-confidence. The preschool Room Leader will be able to provide a warm welcoming approach in your interactions with the children and their families and be a supportive active member of the wider team. If you have good knowledge of all aspect of childcare, if you are adaptable, hands on, creative and are able to lead a team and engage well with the children then this role will provide you with the rewards and interest you desire.
