We seek a nursery Preschool Room Leader for a family run children?s Day Nursery in Sidcup. The Preschool Room Leader will be responsible for leading the pre-school team ensuring the smooth running of the of the room. The Preschool Room Leader will have a passion for their work with the ability to lead their team within a positive staff focused environment, where team well-being is paramount. You will lead by example and will be organised, efficient and demonstrate positive leadership qualities. The Preschool Room Leader will work with the management team to deliver high standards of care and education to the children. You will work with a professional early years team to provide activities and experiences that promote the children?s well-being and learning in line with the Early Years Foundation stage (EYFS).
