Project Manager - Fire, Security, Data, London

Project Manager ? London ? Fire, Security & Data My National, NSI Gold Client are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join their London team. You must have previous experience in a fast paced management or supervisor role. My Client specialise in the installation, design, service and commissioning of high end Fire & Security systems such as Fire alarms, Intruder alarms, Access Control and CCTV You will need a minimum of 4 years Fire and Security industry experience. The role: - Overseeing Projects; Fire, Security and Data installations. - Site based - Construction projects ranging from £100K to £1.7M - Managing the Engineers, both internal and subcontractors - Plan and implement working strategies and schedules - Verification of spec/standard compliant design and constant development as required. - Have commercial responsibility for margins. - Complete site QA and manage snags to produce a defect free installation. - Add quality and demonstrate value for all tasks undertaken. - Ensuring client relations are maintained, make our clients demand you are involved on the next project. - O&M production. - Managing all aspects of H&S on site including the production of RAMS. - Producing KPI trackers for presentation to stakeholders at all levels. The person: - Experience of working in a construction based environment preferred. - Ideally already have SMSTS or at an minimum SSSTS - ECS trade specific card - Good understanding of standards and regulations. - Good technical knowledge of products and installation methods. - Must have a detailed knowledge of Fire, Security & Data.
