Description
Finance Administrators required to assist in effective running of the Finance department. You will: Carry out tasks necessary for the smooth running of the Finance function / Ensure all systems and procedures are up to date / Enter invoices onto SAGE and process supplier payments / Raise invoices to local authority clients / Help manage the bank account, including making bank payments and account reconciliation / Keep accurate records of business transactions / Support the company accountant when necessary. Trading for 22 years with major local authority clients in London. Our latest major projects include Greenwich Millenium Village community centre and Camden Councils passivhaus scheme at Agar Grove. Strong balance sheet to fund the new hire payroll and highly experienced management team in place to oversee this role. Full training and induction provided. 37.5 hours per week, full time role. Salary: 39,000 GBP / Per Annum
