Job Summary:
The Electrical Machinery Repairer is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing electrical machines and equipment used in industrial, commercial, or manufacturing settings. The role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, precision tools, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and test electrical equipment to identify faults or malfunctions using diagnostic tools and schematics.

Repair or replace defective components such as stators, rotors, commutators, bearings, wiring, and insulation.

Dismantle and reassemble machinery using hand tools and power tools.

Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.

Calibrate and align electrical equipment to manufacturer specifications.

Maintain detailed records of repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company procedures.

Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and production staff to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:

High school diploma or technical certificate in electrical or mechanical fields.

Apprenticeship or vocational training in electrical machinery repair preferred.

2–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical equipment repair.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of AC/DC motors, generators, transformers, and electrical control systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.

Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., OSHA, NEC).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to [weight limit]).
