Google Ads Specialist (PPC & Performance Marketing), London

We’re now looking for a Google Ads Specialist (PPC) who lives and breathes performance marketing and understands how to turn ad spend into real business growth.

Role Overview

As a Google Ads Specialist at Digito Byte, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid search campaigns across multiple industries. You’ll work closely with strategy, SEO, and creative teams to ensure every campaign aligns with business goals and delivers strong ROI.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, and always testing ways to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)

• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis

• Write and test high-converting ad copies aligned with landing pages

• Monitor daily performance, budgets, bids, and Quality Scores

• Optimize campaigns for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate

• Set up and maintain conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager)

• Create performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations

• Identify scaling opportunities and test new campaign structures

• Stay up to date with Google Ads policy updates, algorithm changes, and PPC trends

â Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads / PPC campaigns

• Strong understanding of Search intent, funnels, and user behaviour

• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions

• Proven experience managing budgets efficiently

• Comfortable working with multiple accounts and industries

• Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with Shopping Ads & Performance Max

• Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization

• Experience running ads for lead generation and e-commerce

• Google Ads certifications
