About QuickerLeads
QuickerLeads is a growing Meta and Google Ads agency specializing in lead generation for B2B and B2C clients. We’re part of the Quicker family of companies (40+ employees across digital marketing verticals), which means you’ll have access to training, resources, and growth opportunities across our entire organization. We’re a small, collaborative team of 5 that’s scaling fast - and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
The Role
We need a copywriter who can craft ad copy that doesn’t just sound good - it converts. You’ll be developing 30-50+ unique ads per week across Meta and Google platforms, working closely with our account managers and design team to create campaigns that generate qualified leads for our clients across various industries. This isn’t about guessing what might work - it’s about deep research into what our clients’ audiences are actually thinking, feeling, and searching for, then translating that into angles and copy that strike a chord.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Write compelling ad copy for Meta ads (headlines, primary text, CTAs) focused on B2B and B2C lead generation
- Develop banner ad copy for display campaigns (headlines, subheadlines, CTAs)
- Create video ad scripts (hooks, body copy, CTAs) that stop the scroll
- Research target audiences to develop multiple angles addressing different pain points and aspirations
- Audit and optimize existing Google Ads copy for performance
- Collaborate with account managers on campaign strategy and messaging direction
- Partner with our design team to ensure copy and creative work together seamlessly
- Occasionally communicate directly with clients to clarify messaging needs (facilitated by account managers)
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Proven experience writing Meta ads for lead generation campaigns (portfolio required)
- B2B and B2C advertising experience - you understand the nuances of both professional audiences/longer sales cycles and consumer audiences/faster purchase cycles
- Deep research skills - you dig into customer psychology, competitor messaging, and market positioning before writing a single word
- Strong understanding of pain point and aspiration-based messaging
- Ability to develop multiple creative angles for the same campaign
- Experience writing for American audiences
- Comfort with feedback and revision - all work is reviewed by account managers and clients
- Can meet 24-48 hour turnaround times when projects kick off
Bonus Points:
- Google Ads copywriting experience
- Experience in specific verticals (e-commerce, consumer tech, healthcare, B2B services, education)
- Familiarity with direct response copywriting principles
- Understanding of lead gen metrics and what makes ads perform
Tools You’ll Use
- Google Workspace - for all copy development and documentation
- Slack - for team communication
- Airtable - for project management and workflows (systems already built and continually improving)
- Meta Ads Manager - for reviewing live campaigns and performance

- You consistently deliver high-quality work within deadlines
- You communicate proactively with the team about project status and potential issues
- Your research shows in your writing - it’s specific, targeted, and resonates with the audience
- You incorporate feedback quickly and improve with each iteration

- Complete our copywriting test project - you’ll research a client scenario and develop multiple ad angles with full copy

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £1,461.86-£1,827.33 per month
