The company has seen exceptional momentum across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels and is now strengthening its leadership team with a commercially minded,hands‑on CFO who can bring structure, clarity, and strategic direction.You’ll join an entrepreneurial senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, upgrading systems, and supporting operational scalability as the business continues to grow at pace. The Role Own financial strategy, cash management, and long‑term planning during a period of rapid expansion.Partner with the SLT to translate performance into clear, actionable insights. Lead the production of high‑quality board packs and commercial reporting. Support scaling across multi‑channel operations (retail, wholesale, D2C). Lead the transition from Xero to NetSuite (or similar), owning system selection and implementation.Strengthen internal controls, processes, and financial frameworks. Drive automation and improvements in data integrity&reporting. Provide day‑to‑day leadership to the finance team. Uplift capability across the team and embed a high‑performance culture. Develop improved modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning. Support margin analysis, cost management, and pricing strategy. Contribute to discussions around investment, fundraising, and future expansion.What We’re Looking For Experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leader within a fast‑growth SME. Proven track record in finance systems upgrades (NetSuite beneficial). Strong process‑builder with the ability to implement controls in a scaling environment. Commercial mindset andconfidence working with non‑finance leaders.Experience managing and developing small, high‑performing teams. Nice to Have Exposure to consumer products, FMCG, retail, e‑commerce, or multi‑site environments. Experience with stock, supply chain, or light manufacturing operations.
