Youll be the driving force behind our mission to build Europes largest and most active angel investor network - a place where capital meets competence to create extraordinary companies.As CEO youll be at the forefront of everything CVX is and will become. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll shape vision execute strategy and hire and inspire teams across borders. CVX currently consists of 20 ambitious and talented individuals with an expectation to be 100 in the next 24 months. As our CEO you will : Lead the growth and execution across all CVX markets existing and new onesBuild manage and inspire high-performing local teams in each market Own the global strategy from market entry to operational excellence Lead the continuous expansion of our angel investor network across Europe Represent CVX publicly - at events conferences and in media - building visibility and trustBe involved in deal flow investment decisions and startup ecosystem engagement Drive culture excellence and performance across all markets Report directly to the Board.
