We’re excited to be working with a fast growth software business in the fintech space who are currently looking for their first CFO following significant investment from one of the UK’s most reputable Private Equity firms. The business requires a CFO to help guide them through the next stage of their growth, working closely with the CEO and the Investors.Role&ResponsibilitiesThe CFO will report directly to the CEO and lead on all financial aspects of the business, leading the overall finance function.A key member of the Board responsible for driving the future growth of the businessManagement of a finance team of two (including a hands-on Finance Director)Strategic partner to the CEO and wider leadership team to support on commercial initiatives and long-term strategic planningIncluding planning for an exit in c.4-5 yearsContinuous process improvement and automation to enable the business to scaleStakeholder management with the PE investorsOwn and continually develop KPI reporting and analysis of key SaaS metricsIdentifying performance gaps and areas for potential improvementRequirementsProven track record of working within a PE or VC backed tech businessCFO experience in a fast growth start-up or scale-upHighly commercially astuteAbility to become a strategic partner to a CEOExcellent communicator with the ability to present well both internally and externallyPrevious M&A or fundraising experience a bonusExperience in the SaaS or Fintech space preferredAdditionalPotential to be fully remote in the long runTo apply for this position, please use the contact form below: #J-18808-Ljbffr
