We are currently looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a leading Social Housing company working across domestic properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work with excellent company benefits and progression opportunities.

A company van and fuel card are provided for work use only.

Day-to-day duties will include:

• Internal and external painting & decorating
• Preparing surfaces including filling, sanding and making good
• Responsive and planned maintenance works
• Carrying out mould treatment and stain blocking works
• Working within occupied and void social housing properties
• Delivering high levels of customer service whilst working in tenants’ homes
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines

• Experience working as a Painter & Decorator
• Experience within Social Housing or domestic properties preferred
• C&G Level 2 in Painting & Decorating or Blue CSCS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence (Auto or Manual)

• Company Van & Fuel Card (work use only)
