As a Floor Housekeeper, you will collaborate closely with our Deputy Head Housekeeper and Head Housekeeper to lead our dedicated team, ensuring that every corner of our hotel reflects the luxury and sophistication that defines Firmdale Hotels. From coordinating daily tasks to overseeing shifts, you will be at the forefront of upholding our commitment to excellence.

• Collaborate with the Deputy Head Housekeeper and Head Housekeeper to oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team.
• Lead by example, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the hotel.
• Supervise and motivate team members, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and perform them efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections to guarantee all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet Firmdale's exacting standards.
• Address any issues or concerns promptly, providing solutions to uphold the quality of our services.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and excellence, promoting a positive work environment where every team member feels valued and supported.
