• Maintain the cleanliness and good order of all assigned areas, creating a pleasant environment for guests.
• Deliver requested service to guests, ensuring that all linen cupboards and required items are stocked properly.
• Provide professional, attentive, and impeccable service to achieve great customer satisfaction.
• Work a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, with 39 hours per week on varying morning, evening, weekend, and bank‑holiday shifts; flexibility is required.

• Prior experience as a Housekeeping Porter in a fast‑paced, high‑end environment, ideally a five‑star hotel or similar establishment.
