Director– Technology Operating Model - Insurance Industry We’re partnering with a leading consulting organisation to find a Director to help shape and deliver large-scale technology and digital transformation programmes in the insurance industry across the UK and Europe. In this senior leadership role, you’ll work with CIOs and executive teams to design future-ready technology operating models that enable business outcomes, maximise ROI and unlock value through Cloud, GenAI and emerging technologies.What you’ll be doing Defining and leading technology vision, operating model design and transformation roadmaps Advising senior stakeholders on business-enabled technology strategy Designing and delivering operating models across Cloud, GenAI, and digital technology Driving modern service, product and DevOps-led technology operationsSupporting IT M&A, divestments and regulatory-driven change What we’re looking for Proven consulting experience at senior level in technology strategy, operating model design and transformation delivery, gained specifically within the insurance industry Deep knowledge of Cloud, GenAI, digital platforms and emerging technology trendsStrong background in IT / Cloud operating models, service management, DevOps Confident engagement with C-level stakeholders Willingness to travel within the UK #J-18808-Ljbffr
