Schedule: One week on/off during term time, with occasional two weeks on/off during the school holidays

A lovely London-based family is seeking a confident, active and highly organised rota Manny/Nanny to care for three children aged 9, 12 and 14. This is a sole charge role, ideal for someone with strong experience with older children and teenagers, who can build genuine connections while maintaining clear boundaries and structure. The family seeks a calm, capable, sporty and engaging positive role model to encourage independence, good manners, confidence and responsibility.

• Sole charge care of three children aged 9, 12 and 14.
• All nursery duties, including cooking an evening meal for the children.
• Supporting school routines, homework, activities and appointments.
• Keeping on top of timetables, sports kit, school bags, uniforms and general organisation.
• Encouraging positive behaviour, good boundaries and age-appropriate independence.
• Acting as a confident, active and sporty role model.
• Planning and engaging in activities, especially sports and outdoor interests.
• Driving the children to and from school, clubs, activities and social arrangements.
• Working closely with the family to ensure consistency, structure and smooth communication.

• Experienced with older children and teenagers, especially boys.
• Fit, active and sporty.
• Confident, warm and able to connect naturally with children of this age.
• Calm but firm, with excellent boundaries.
• Extremely organised and proactive.
• A strong driver is essential.
• Reliable, discreet and professional.
• Checkable references from previous employers are essential.
