• Certification roadmap: overview of key finance certifications/licensing pathways, what each is for, and how to plan them strategically if you choose to continue.

What you’ll do (real exposure)

• Shadow workflows (where appropriate): meeting prep, documentation, follow‑ups, reviews
• Join structured training sessions and market/product briefings
• Support guided tasks: notes, simple research, templates, admin support
• End with a debrief: strengths, gaps, and your next‑step roadmap
