Accounts Receivable / Credit Controller - German speaking Our client is looking to hire an interim Accounts Receivable Assistant, on a 6 month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. Location: LondonHybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 from homeJob Type: Interim - 6 month contract Day rate:£200 per day (Umbrella) Job overview:Your Role and ResponsibilitiesMonitor customer accounts to identify outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.Accurately apply incoming payments, including bank transfers and direct debits, to the correct customer accounts.Maintain precise and up-to-date records for all accounts receivable transactions.Address customer inquiries regarding invoices and account balances promptly and professionally.Contribute to the monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes.Provide support for AR reporting and assist with ad hoc finance-related tasks when needed.Your Skills and QualificationsPrevious experience in an accounts receivable role or providing general finance support.A basic understanding of accounting principles.Strong focus on attention to detail and maintaining accuracy.NetSuite experience is desirable.
