• Full Time or Part Time contracts available.
• Opening hours are Weds – Sat from 6pm – 3am.

The key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:

• Creating an exceptional experience for members and their guests.
• Up‑selling products in a subtle and conversational manner as appropriate.
• Taking accurate food and drinks orders, using our till system, ordering slips or by memorisation as appropriate.
• Removing dirty items from tables to avoid clutter in a timely manner.
• Feeling empowered to make decisions that will enhance the member experience or defuse any complaints which may arise.
• Being an ambassador for Maison Estelle as well as embodying our values and commitment to our teams both at work and when not.
• Demonstrating a positive and proactive approach to work.
• Continuously improving service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand and anticipate member needs.

• Excellent time‑management skills; comfortable prioritising what is important during busy periods.
• Obsessive about attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management, and engaging with members.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.
