• Salary: £13.54 per hour plus incentive

• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
• Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
• Possess a good command of English and excellent communication skills

• Have previous experience in a customer-facing role or as a Receptionist/Night Receptionist in the hospitality sector
• Be available to work on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern (10-hour shifts)
