As a Bartender, you’ll be behind one of the bars bringing the atmosphere to life — serving quality drinks at pace and helping deliver the fun, social experience guests love about Market Halls Paddington.

As a Bartender at Market Halls, you'll be right at the centre of the action. You will:

• Prepare, serve and present drinks to company standards
• Deliver fast, friendly and consistent service
• Maintain a clean, well‑organised and fully stocked bar
• Recommend drinks confidently and upsell where appropriate
• Create warm, memorable guest interactions
• Follow all safety, compliance and cash‑handling procedures
• Support a positive, collaborative team culture
