Confined Spaces Operative: Tank Backfill & Maintenance, Greater London

We are seeking a Confined Spaces Operative for a project in West London. The role involves working within underground tanks to facilitate backfilling and removal of materials using specialized equipment.

Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £25.00 per hour
Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (9.5 hours paid)
Contract: Approx. 6 Days
Location: West London

• Backfilling an underground tank: Splitting bulk bags of pea shingle and working within the tank to ensure an even and full backfill.
• Removal of backfill: Guiding a vacuum excavator hose within the tank to remove pea shingle, including minor shoveling of remaining material.
• Small concreting/maintenance works: Plugging unused concrete runs using pipe bungs and sealing with mastic.
• Adhering to strict confined space safety protocols and site‑specific RAMS at all times.

• Valid Confined Spaces Ticket (Essential).
• Valid Safety Critical Medical (Essential).
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Proven experience working in confined environments.
