What you will do:

- Conduct viability assessments for family and friends providing permanent care for children, and progress to full Special Guardianship and Connected Carer Assessments.
- Prepare detailed and insightful reports for Court proceedings, influencing critical decisions for children's futures.
- Work extensively with children and families, ensuring high-quality support and assessments that promote stable and nurturing environments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive best practice approaches in kinship assessments, including Viability, SG, and Connected Carer assessments.
