Key Responsibilities

• Support&Intervention:Provide comprehensive support and interventions for children and families within the Children with Disabilities Team, working to improve the well-being and development of children with disabilities.
• Collaborative Working:Collaborate with professionals and agencies to develop and implement tailored support plans that meet the needs of children and their families.
• Caseload Management:Efficiently manage a diverse caseload, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing high-quality service.
• Data&Reporting:Record and maintain accurate data and reports in line with organisational policies and procedures using systems such asLCSandEHM.
• Team Contribution:Actively participate in team meetings, contributing positively to team goals, case discussions, and decision-making processes.

Essential Requirements

1. Experience:Previous experience in managing cases within theChildren with Disabilities Team, ideally at theAssistant Team Managerlevel.
2. Systems Knowledge:Proficiency withLCSandEHMsystems.
3. Registration:CurrentSW Englandregistration, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
