Key Responsibilities
- Support&Intervention:Provide comprehensive support and interventions for children and families within the Children with Disabilities Team, working to improve the well-being and development of children with disabilities.
- Collaborative Working:Collaborate with professionals and agencies to develop and implement tailored support plans that meet the needs of children and their families.
- Caseload Management:Efficiently manage a diverse caseload, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing high-quality service.
- Data&Reporting:Record and maintain accurate data and reports in line with organisational policies and procedures using systems such asLCSandEHM.
- Team Contribution:Actively participate in team meetings, contributing positively to team goals, case discussions, and decision-making processes.
- Experience:Previous experience in managing cases within theChildren with Disabilities Team, ideally at theAssistant Team Managerlevel.
- Systems Knowledge:Proficiency withLCSandEHMsystems.
- Registration:CurrentSW Englandregistration, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
