What you will do:

• Conduct thorough assessments of children and families referred to the MASH Team.
• Liaise with multi-agency partners to gather and share information effectively.
• Develop risk management plans and ensure appropriate interventions are put in place.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
• Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings and case conferences to ensure comprehensive safeguarding.
• Record and maintain accurate case notes and reports, adhering to legal and organisational requirements.
