What you will do:

• Manage a caseload of children in need, child protection, and court cases, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
• Conduct assessments and investigations, developing detailed care plans for children and families.
• Attend court proceedings, preparing reports and providing expert testimony to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, agencies, and partners to safeguard and promote child welfare.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate records in line with statutory requirements and local procedures.
