What you will do:
- Conduct assessments and develop plans for children in need or at risk, ensuring their safety and wellbeing are prioritised.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, documenting interventions and outcomes.
- Provide supervision and support to less experienced team members, fostering a learning environment.
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Be currently registered with Social Work England.
- Possess significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
