What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and young people referred to the MASH Team.
• Work collaboratively with other agencies to gather and share information critical to case decision-making.
• Make informed decisions to ensure children receive necessary services and interventions.
• Liaise with different professionals, including police, education, health services and others, to develop effective support plans.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for case reviews.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of services to improve outcomes for children.
