What You Will Do:

• Undertake detailed assessments and evaluations to identify safeguarding risks for children and families.
• Collaborate with professionals across partner agencies to design and implement effective safeguarding strategies.
• Offer expert advice and guidance to colleagues and external partners, ensuring robust and consistent safeguarding practices.
• Maintain accurate, high-quality records and reports in line with Bromley Council's policies and procedures.
• Engage directly with children and families to understand their circumstances, advocate for their needs, and promote positive outcomes.
