What You Will Do:

• Manage a caseload of children under Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection Plans
• Undertake court work, including private and public law proceedings
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes
• Conduct home visits and meetings, building strong relationships with families
• Balance office-based work (two days per week) with remote working
• Contribute to team development and support colleagues through leadership and collaboration
