What You Will Do

• Work alongside the Team Manager during Duty to review referrals, set thresholds, and allocate or close cases.
• Provide expert guidance to social workers to uphold high-quality practice and compliance with legislation.
• Lead on complex casework, supervise less experienced colleagues, and manage an autonomous caseload.
• Facilitate reflective practice sessions and group supervision to promote continuous learning.
• Build strong partnerships with external agencies to enhance interagency collaboration and support the'team around the child'approach.
• Carry out thorough assessments, create detailed plans and reports, and present in key meetings and decision-making forums.
