This is an opportunity to join a modern consultancy where you'll have real input into projects, close collaboration with senior leadership, and the chance to help shape the future of a business still early in its growth journey.The Role You'll lead and support the delivery of electrical building services design across a range of technically challenging projects, working through all stages from concept to completion. Projects include: Commercial fit-outs Data centres Residential developments Aviation and infrastructure projectsDecarbonisation and sustainable design schemes You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients and contractors, taking ownership of designs while mentoring junior engineers and supporting project delivery. Responsibilities Deliver electrical design across RIBA stages Produce calculations, specifications and technical drawingsLead coordination with internal and external design teams Attend client and site meetings Support commissioning, witnessing and handover activities Mentor junior engineers and graduates Contribute to technical quality and project delivery standards What They're Looking For Experience within building services consultancyStrong electrical design background across commercial projects Proficiency with industry software and design standards Knowledge of lighting, small power, LV distribution and associated systems Ability to manage projects and communicate confidently with clients Ideally working toward or already CharteredWhy Join?
