As Production Coordinator, you will provide leadership and operational direction for the Contract Packing team, overseeing a busy packing line. You will lead a small, diverse workforce of colleagues and ensure that the sites operational structures, culture, and performance, consistently meet business and customer expectations. Support team members with training, coaching and mentoring to encourage engagement, development and the upholding of performance standards. Managing a Live pick-well with strict deadlines. Communicate and collaborate effectively with other warehouse functions and internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive improvements.Build and maintain a strong and effective working relationship with the VAS warehouse. Carry out periodic audits of operational activities to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvements. Operate MHEin linewith training and licensing requirements Responsible for managing the teams attendance and performance in accordance with company policies, as well as planning staff rotas and holiday requests.What will you bring? Experience managing a team within a production, warehousing or similar fast-paced operational environment Knowledge of warehouse activities, picking/packing, 3PL and stock systems (WMS, SAP, Optima) Demonstrable commitment to high standards in H&S Forklift, reach truck or relevant equipment licensewould be advantageous Ability to work under pressure, strict daily deadlines, prioritise tasks, and solve problems proactively Who are Boughey?
