Field Sales Engineer (Industrial Plastics / Wear Parts)£35,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance / Company Car + Training + Progression + Autonomy + Company Benefits South East (Field-Based) Are you a Sales Engineer with a background in industrial plastics or similar, looking to join an established international manufacturer offering strong earning potential and long-term progression?You will be responsible for developing new business and managing existing accounts across a range of industrial sectors, providing tailored polyurethane and engineering plastics solutions to customers operating within recycling, quarrying, mining, bulk handling and manufacturing environments. The company is a respected international manufacturer specialising in advanced polyurethane and engineering plastic products. With continued growth across the UK market, they offer a stable platform, technical development and excellent earning potential.This role would suit a Sales Engineer with experience in industrial products or solutions, looking to maximise earnings and take ownership of their territory.
