2026 INTERNSHIP - 3D Animator, London

Blue Zoo has a worldwide reputation for expertly crafting characterful CG animation and holds an international reputation for its creative work. The studio offers a summer internship program that gives early‑career students and artists the chance to gain industry experience.

UK based applicants only, commutable distance to our London Studio in Camden. Full‑time, hybrid employment requiring presence at the studio at least three days a week.

Paid the London Living Wage of £555 per week.

• Create animation under the direction of your mentor.
• Participate in team review sessions to experience every step of a character animator's role and develop your animation skills.
• Learn our workflow for acting, giving characters personality and bringing them to life.
• Take feedback from leads and the Animation Supervisor on the shots you are working on.

• Have a basic understanding of animation principles and knowledge of Maya.
• Self‑motivated and driven.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Willing to take direction and constructive feedback.
• A love for animation and a passion to learn more.
• No previous industry experience (including previous internships and paid work); voluntary work experience may be listed in CV.
