We are seeking an enthusiastic Sushi Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team at ROKA Charlotte Street. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll play a vital role in delivering the creativity, precision, and consistency that define the ROKA dining experience—supporting the senior chefs, inspiring the brigade, and ensuring every plate reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support senior chefs and assist with menu execution.
• Prepare high-quality sushi and other Japanese dishes with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the sushi station.
• Inspire the brigade and foster a collaborative kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• A genuine love for hospitality and Japanese cuisine.
• Proven experience as a Sushi Demi Chef or Sushi Chef de Partie in a premium, high-volume restaurant environment.
• A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a large, dynamic team.
