We are currently looking for a Caretaker. You will be working in Highbury (N5).
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 16:00pm.
Contract: Temp Contract - Ongoing. Pay rate: £15.80 per hour (paye).
Job Purpose- Carry out basic maintenance tasks (e.g. minor repairs, painting, fixing fixtures, unblocking drains).
- Assist skilled trades (electricians, plumbers, etc.) with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) work.
- Respond to reactive maintenance issues and faults within the building.
- Ensure buildings and equipment are kept in safe working condition.
