Brunch Chef (Daytime), London

Set up and bake the WatchHouse bakery offering, supporting food preparation and full brunch service.

Work closely with the kitchen team to produce high‑quality items that meet our standards.

• Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of savoury and sweet products, including sandwiches, wraps, baguettes, bagels, and bakery items.
• Support the kitchen team in daily tasks such as chopping, slicing, cooking, and preparing fillings and sauces.
• Pre‑prep brunch ingredients and help manage the busy service.
• Clean extraction vents and perform weekly deep‑cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to all hygiene rules and food handling best practices.
• Organise yourself efficiently and contribute positively to a growing business.
