Cafe Manager - Victoria & Albert Museum, London

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join the Benugo team at the Victoria & Albert Museum.

Set within beautifully preserved Victorian refreshment rooms, our café offers a stunning architectural backdrop. The café is open 7 days a week, serving a vibrant range of hot dishes, fresh salads, sandwiches, indulgent cakes and coffee.

• Rate: £35,000 per annum
• Shifts: 5 days out of 7 / Weekends
• Contract: Full Time / Permanent

• To supervise, manage and motivate the team
• To make sure that the operation runs smoothly
• To ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard
• To continuously work towards improving sales and service
• Supporting and managing the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained

The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.
