Head Waiter/Waitress, London

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Michelin HIDE.

HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight. Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park.

As Head Waiter your duties will include:

• Managing your section within the restaurant efficiently and professionally
• Awareness of the menu and preparation of dishes
• Completing the set-up of the restaurant
• Building a rapport with regular guests
• Maintaining the standards set for service by the Restaurant Manager

This position is hourly paid with a starting wage of £17.21/hour.
