• Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge all pupils. While creating a positive learning environment for all pupils including a high percentage of EAL.

• Make a positive contribution to the wider life of the school, supporting the vision and ethos of the school

• Bring a nurturing and inclusive approach to building relationships, with pupils, and the wider school community.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of how pupils learn and are able to adapt teaching to meet their needs.
