Senior Compliance Manager, London

Meraki Talent are working with a global multi-asset brokerage looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to join their London office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to take on a senior role within a fast-paced, regulated trading environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing regulatory guidance, supporting business growth, and ensuring the firm continues to meet its obligations across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires a commercially minded compliance specialist who can operate confidently in a dynamic trading environment, advising senior stakeholders and contributing to the ongoing development of the compliance function. You will be expected to balance regulatory requirements with business objectives, ensuring practical and effective outcomes.

In addition to advisory responsibilities, you will take an active role in mentoring junior members of the team and promoting a strong culture of compliance and governance across the business.

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide clear, commercially balanced regulatory advice.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver concise, actionable guidance to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring junior team members and promoting high-performance standards.
• High level of integrity, sound judgement, and professional discretion.

• UK-qualified solicitor or equivalent international legal qualification (strongly preferred, though not essential with relevant experience).
• Previous experience within an FX/CFDs brokerage, electronic trading firm, or regulated market operator.
• Exposure to MiCA, digital asset regulation, or crypto-asset market infrastructure is advantageous.
• Experience engaging with regulators, auditors, or external legal counsel.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Additional language skills are highly desirable, particularly Spanish or Portuguese.
