Join a small, high-caliber engineering team replacing archaic legacy infrastructure in the global airline industry. You will build an AI-enabled operations platform used by the world’s largest airports and airlines to optimize travel for billions of people. This high-ownership role involves architecting mission-critical, distributed systems using a modern Rust and Flutter stack.

What You Will Do

• Design and operate highly available, mission-critical software across the full stack to support complex real-world workflows for airlines and ground handlers.
• Architect and scale distributed, federated systems that process historical and real-time operational data to drive dramatic efficiency gains in live aviation environments.
• Shape the engineering culture and practices from the ground up while collaborating closely with product stakeholders to solve genuinely hard industrial problems.

The ideal candidate

• Strong full-stack engineer with a self-starter mindset and the ability to own technical projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-stakes startup environment.
• Proficiency in (or a strong desire to master) a high-performance stack including Rust for the backend and Flutter/Dart for intuitive, reliable frontend interfaces.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and data infrastructure, with experience or interest in tools like gRPC, Protobuf, Postgres, and the Arrow/Parquet ecosystem.
