• Support with the development and execution of digital campaigns
• Develop and implement new content strategies across website and marketplace platforms
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and digital suppliers
• Develop CRM strategies to improve customer retention and subscription growth
• Manage social content calendar across key channels to grow engagement
• Research digital trends and identify new channel and partnership opportunities

• 2-3 years' proven experience in digital marketing within FMCG or consumer goods
• Excellent knowledge of social platforms including TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Experience managing influencer partnerships and working with creative agencies
• Outstanding project management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Self-starter with a positive, ‘can-do’ approach
