We’re working with a Series A cyber security startup tackling genuinely hard problems in a critical, fast-growing market. The company has moved beyond idea-stage, has real traction, real customers, and serious momentum — now they’re scaling the engineering team with exceptional builders.

This is a Founding / Early Engineer role where you’ll help take a strong core product from early traction → real scale.

• Build and scale core backend and platform systems
• Contribute to architectural decisions as the product and customer base grow
• Work closely with product and leadership on technical strategy
• Help establish best practices around quality, security, and scalability
• Mentor and raise the bar as the team expands

• 5+ years commercial software engineering experience
• Strong fundamentals across system design and software architecture
• Experience in high-bar teams or fast-growing startups
• Language-agnostic mindset (Python, Go, Rust, Java, C++, TypeScript all welcome)
• Comfortable moving from hands-on delivery to higher-level technical ownership
