• Lead the full recruitment life-cycle from briefing through to placement – developing new business opportunities whilst managing existing client relationships.
• Attend weekly and monthly management projection meetings, updating Directors about your lines of business.
• Headhunt top industry talent and manage these relationships to fill senior roles internationally (LinkedIn, Adverts, Networking). Continuously upskill on LI Recruiter.
• Deliver consultative talent solutions to clients across your specialist market.
• Treat your desk like your own mini-business whilst being responsible for handling your own volume of jobs and applicants.
• Contribute to team success through both collaboration and mentoring.
• Hit yearly target YoY providing consistent period billings for the company.

• Proven experience in recruitment or search, ideally in a senior or principal-level role.
• Strong business development and account management skills.
• Demonstrated success in delivering against revenue targets.
• Professional, consultative, and relationship-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
