The Role

• Take full ownership of all aspects of running the venue. You will be given autonomy and run the site as if it were your own business.
• Demonstrate business savvy and great commercial acumen.
• Train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
• Have impeccable floor, bar and late-night experience knowledge.
• Have opportunities to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company grows.

What We Are Looking For

• Wear your heart on your sleeve, take ownership, be bold and run the business as if it’s your own.
• Be cool, calm and collected, manage pressure with ease, remain unfazed.
• Show a no-ego, results-focused mindset.
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a general manager, depending on the property.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, approachable.
• Excellent customer and floor service skills.
• Broad business knowledge from financials to customer satisfaction.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Passion for people, training, mentoring, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Personal licence holder is beneficial.
