General Manager at Victoria Park, London

We are currently looking for a Part‑time Taproom Team Member to join our original taproom in Forest Gate. The role is approximately 25‑30 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday.

• Greeting customers with a friendly attitude that makes them instantly feel welcomed
• Engaging customers in conversation, with great knowledge of all of our beers, wines, cocktails, spirits, soft drinks and food menu
• A true focus on customer experience; ensuring there is clear communication with your team, so that everything runs smoothly
• Keeping the taproom tidy and maintaining high standards of cleanliness

• Friendly and enthusiastic people who have a true passion for customer service
• A team player who believes in our motto that “Beer is For Everyone”
• People who are keen to get stuck in and open to learning
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Must be available to work weekends and late nights

• London Living Wage of £13.85 per hour, increasing to £14.80 on April 1st
• Training and knowledge so you are up to speed on all things beer
• 28 days holiday (pro‑rata, accrued)
