As Senior Software Developer (Backend), you’ll play a pivotal role in our Technology team, reporting to the Head of Technology & Product. You will:

• Own the end-to-end overhaul and modernisation of our backend platform.
• Lead the gradual migration from legacy systems to a flexible, scalable, cloud-native architecture.
• Support integration with industry-standard solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-impact features.
• Work in agile sprints to ensure reliable, performant infrastructure that drives real business growth.

This is a hands-on senior role with genuine ownership, your work will directly shape how we scale and delight customers nationwide.

• 8+ years’ deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem — strong C#, .NET Core, MSSQL, and Entity Framework.
• Proven experience with Web API, MVC, RESTful services, and large-scale system modernisations.
• Strong problem-solver who thrives on initiative, adaptability, and delivering under shifting priorities.
• Excellent communicator — able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

• Salary: Up to £85,000 (depending on experience)
• Remote working - Central London office
