Working closely with a highly regarded team, you will share an existing workload while building up your own client caseload. This will include child abduction cases as well as private and public childcare matters.

• Share existing workload

• Handle child abduction cases and private/public childcare matters

• 3+ PQE in Childcare Law
• Specialism in Resolution for child abduction or Advanced Family Law Panel Accreditation
• Solid background in general privately and publicly funded family childcare matters
• Good advocacy skills and excellent customer service manner
